Babyconfidence telephone consultations are now available through Greatvine, a fantastic new website which also allows you to record our conversation to refer to at a later date. The charge is the same, £60 per hour, and you only pay for the time you use.
Here’s how it works:
· Go to http://www.greatvine.com/vicki_scott
· Click on “request a call”
· Register your details to become a member of Greatvine –this takes only a few minutes and you only need to do it once.
· Book a telephone consultation with me by sending a message. Give me a few details of the issues you’re having and an idea of when you’d like to talk.
· I’ll get back to you with a proposed time. Click “confirm” if this suits you, or “discuss” to suggest an alternative.
· Once you have clicked “confirm” the consultation is booked.
· Go to “appointments” where you will find the details for the booked call, including the number to dial and the private pin to enter into the call.
The system sets up a private line for us to talk on. The phone number and pin are used by both of us to access the line. Be sure to opt for the call to be recorded if you’d like that-I will always give permission from my end. Please be prompt at the booked time of your call. I’ll be waiting on the other end of the line to speak to you. If you are held up I’ll wait as long as I can for you, but at least 5 minutes. If you miss the slot completely please rebook the consultation.
